This digital download to be used with Google Classroom includes the song lyrics to "The Monster Mash," as well close read questions to actively engage students in the reading and writing process. These questions ask students to answer questions based on the Halloween song, using specific text evidence.
Also included is a brief article on the history of Halloween, including where some of the more popular traditions have come from. This article is also accompanied close read questions to get kids thinking at a higher level, while also using text evidence to support their thoughts and ideas.
