You can choose whether you'd like to use the colour or the black and white version. It also contains a teacher version so that you can read along together, or read as a class first. Also, because a colour teacher version is included, you could also read the story to your students digitally while they have their own small version at home.
***Please note: The independent reading level for this book is Grade 2-3, however, this book would be great for PK to Grade 1 students if someone else can read it to them (a big buddy, a parent at home, etc). They could still pick out words or letters they knew and of course, the clipart and story could help them to understand about Canadian hero, Terry Fox.

-the student versions are set up for easy assembly: simply print the pages you'd like to use, print them back to back to use less paper, staple them on the side and cut down the middle (makes 2 books at once)

-19 pages tell the story (includes 2 pages at the end for the student to complete)
