Description
This resource includes 8 mindfulness mats that are perfect for helping children center and regulate themselves and work on slow and deliberate movements as they do so. This doubles as a great fine motor activity as well. All lesson plans and instructions are in English and Spanish, and these mats can be used at home or in the classroom. Simply pair them with a small bowl of beads, buttons, shells, pom poms, or any other small loose parts you have lying around!
This resource is in both English and Spanish and includes complete lesson plans to help you prepare, introduce, and extend the activity.
