Description

This packet is designed to be the fluency assessment for kids to use as they are learning multiplication facts. The packet includes three quizzes for each of the multiplication sets, as well as growth charts which students fill in as they complete the quizzes.

Each multiplication fact set is to be used over three weeks. The first quiz being a baseline for students, the 2nd quiz will be taken during the second week once students have started studying, and the third quiz being taken during the third week, once students have hopefully mastered the facts.

The quizzes were made with a goal of achieving 30 multiplication questions correctly within 1 minute.

The multiplication sets are broken up into the following:
*0, 1, 2 facts

Interpret a multiplication equation as a comparison, e.g., interpret 35 = 5 × 7 as a statement that 35 is 5 times as many as 7 and 7 times as many as 5. Represent verbal statements of multiplicative comparisons as multiplication equations.
