As a school counselor, I use these activities with our Student Leadership group (4th and 5th graders). I typically split up Student Leadership into 3 terms (Fall, Winter and Spring), each for 7 weeks. The brainstorm activity is interactive to introduce what being a leader is all about. The worksheets and coloring pages are excellent for students to use as they have a down moment between transition activities or for them to take it home. It's an excellent way to practice mindfulness at the same time.
