Looking for a creative twist to the normal "invention convention" or "science fair"? Do you want a cross-curricular project that incorporates science, language arts (especially persuasive writing), social studies, critical thinking, and math? Then you've found what you are looking for!
This project was developed for 4th-6th grade, but can be adapted for upper grades. It is also wonderful for Gifted and Talented students and can be used as an extracurricular activity!
