Description
Includes two Print and Go resources on Indigenous Peoples Day and Columbus Day. These are excellent for Independent Work, Sub-Days, Pre-Holiday, and Teacher Catch-up. Any time you need the students engaged while working independently. The informational texts provide students with all they need to complete the Crossword Puzzle and Practice Sheets. I have included different options for differentiation; and fast finisher activities. My goal is for the student to stay engaged while learning independently of the teacher or substitute.

I always try to give a lot of bang for your buck. Multiple activities so that you have things for students that finish before others or to use over multiple days. There are also ways to give some support to students who struggle or a challenge for students that find some of these too easy. These can also be made into class activities or used independently. This can also be a good subpacket for one class period in a pinch. No teaching is needed. Just print and go.
