Galapagos Finch Lab: Evolution and Adaptation: Differentiated (2 levels)

Great quick lab to reinforce structural adaptations. Students use plastic forks, knives, and spoons as "beak types" to see which "bird" would be the "fittest" and to determine what would happen to the birds with the "other beaks."

This lab comes in two versions:

Standard (What most students receive)
Accommodated (What some people receive): 16 point font, bold and underlined terms, graphic organizers, sentence frames, and more white space.
