Description
Gaits of the Horse - a fact sheet and activity for students, including colour by number.
There are four recognised gaits of the horse: the walk, trot, canter and gallop. These are explained in word form, with photos and diagrams. Students are encouraged to consider the footfalls of each gait and recognise differences between each.
