Description

Fraction BINGO Game!
This is a great activity to practice identifying fractions!
In this product I have included:
6 Colored BINGO Cards
6 Black & White BINGO Cards
6 Color Your Own BINGO Cards

You can play this activity 2 different ways! Students can use the BINGO cards that already have the fractions represented on them and can mark them when the BINGO card is called. OR you can have students use the Color Your Own BINGO cards and as you call out the fraction, students can color that fraction onto their BINGO card.

My students LOVE the color your own card.

Common Core:

Standards

to see state-specific standards (only available in the US).
Understand a fraction 1/𝘣 as the quantity formed by 1 part when a whole is partitioned into 𝘣 equal parts; understand a fraction 𝘢/𝑏 as the quantity formed by 𝘢 parts of size 1/𝘣.
Partition circles and rectangles into two, three, or four equal shares, describe the shares using the words halves, thirds, half of, a third of, etc., and describe the whole as two halves, three thirds, four fourths. Recognize that equal shares of identical wholes need not have the same shape.
Partition shapes into parts with equal areas. Express the area of each part as a unit fraction of the whole. For example, partition a shape into 4 parts with equal area, and describe the area of each part as 1/4 of the area of the shape.
