This F.A.S.T. Testing Student Data Reflection and Goal Setting Sheet allow your students to take ownership of their data and set goals for growth. As students take each test, they can color in the graph so they can see which level they are currently in.

The box for the last F.A.S.T. test of the year also allows students to reflect on their progress and growth throughout the year.
