Five Senses Packs Bundled!
I have bundled both my five senses packs so you can save big! Here is what is included:
• Vocabulary Cards: Introduce vocabulary at the beginning of the unit and refer to throughout learning. Print and place in a pocket chart or around the room.
• Five Senses Lotto Game: Game boards for each of the senses and pictures to go with each sense. Students pick a card and place on the correct card.
• My Five Senses Emergent Reader: A simple reader that teaches about the five senses. Students can color and take home to read.
• Our Five Senses Student Sheets: One sheet for each of the senses. Students color or bingo dot the pictures that best show that sense.
• What Makes Sense? Cut and Glue Activity: Both a boy and girl version where students cut and glue pictures that show where each sense is located.
• Five Senses Essential Questions: Students color or circle the correct answer to check understanding of the senses.
• Hands On Activities For Each of the Five Senses: Detailed explanation of activities/experiments that can be done with each sense. Most come with additional student learning pages. All come with cards to be used with each activity.
Sight: Using a magnifying glass, students match tiny pictures to standard size pictures. A student follow-up sheet is included.
Hearing: A hands on activity with recording sheets provided.
Touch: Picture cards and detailed explanation of how to conduct the activity to explore the sense of touch.
Taste: Yes and no cards are provided so students can say whether they liked a particular taste. Detailed explanation for the activity, along with pictures to make a voting chart to show what taste each student liked best.
Smell: Ideas and picture cards for items to smell, along with detailed explanation on how to conduct the smell experiment. Recording sheets are also included.
• Potato People Patterns: Choose from two black and white patterns and/or a color pattern. Students make a potato person (boy or girl options available) and label the senses used.
• My Five Senses With Potato People Emergent Reader: A simple reader that teaches about the five senses using potato people pieces. Both a boy and girl version are provided to choose from. Students can color and take home to read.
• Five Senses Sort: Students cut apart pictures and glue on for each sense used.
• What’s That Smell Activity: Directions and student sheet available for a fun activity!
