Easter Common Core Math and Reading Activities

This unit gives the students a chance to recall information from the book The Tale of Peter Rabbit using common core activities such as, sequencing, comparing, cause and effect, and beginning, middle and end activities. There are writing activities, circle maps and purposeful art activities that can be used with other Easter stories.
Also Included in this unit are math activities that teach Common Core addition and subtraction. These include story problems with props and songs, number line activities and ten frames. This unit also includes a base ten activity. The math activities can be used with Easter or spring activities. I use these activities in my own classroom. Please feel free to check them out at:
