Description
Make practicing operations with decimals fun! This self-checking activity will allow students to get out of their seats and move around the classroom as they solve 16 problems involving adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing decimals (positive numbers only, no word problems). Each problem solved will lead the students to a new problem to solve until they have solved all 15 problems. You will be amazed at the math talk you hear and the collaboration between students as they work on this activity!
A recording sheet and answer key are included.
This activity is aligned to CCSS 5.NBT.B.7 and 6.NS.B.3.
