Student Checklists Are Such An Easy Accommodation

Students who requires Individual Education Plans (IEP's) often have the behavior accommodation of visual task lists. Too often this concept is complicated. See my perfectly simple daily visual checklists. They are so easy to use and can be used in all environments within the school.

Set Up Suggestions

I put my visual daily checklists in plastic sleeves and write on them with dry-erase markers. I keep them in the student's binder or on a clipboard. You can also use the 'old-fashioned' visa-v markers that we used to use on the overheads. Students can't accidently wipe them off, but they can be sprayed and cleared at the end of the day.

This easy task schedule has allowed my students to take an independent role in completing their daily tasks as well as increase their daily productivity.
