Description
This bundle contains a series of workout cards that students can use as a physical education warm-up or as a quick DPA activity to encourage students to stay active in the classroom. The activities are designed as a full-body workout. Each card is labelled with an exercise along with the muscles involved in each movement. Make the anatomy lessons more interesting by keeping your students moving!
This activity works great inside the gymnasium when the cards are placed on the walls to designate a variety of workout stations. The variety of exercises allows teachers to change the stations on different days of the week. The cards can also be randomly selected as brief DPA workouts in between lessons.
The exercise descriptions are included as a tool that teachers can use to help explain the movements to students. This section contains a description of the movement and how teachers can demonstrate each of the movements to students.
