Chemistry of Cooking

This is a presentation used to show the chemistry behind cooking! This can be used in a chemistry classroom, or a FACS classroom. It is editable so it may be tailored to fit the needs of the teacher. This particular example focuses on chocolate chip cookies, but any food item could be used! Types of bonds, macro-molecules, and cooking techniques are all touched on. This would be a great addition to any chemistry or FACS unit!
