Camping Dramatic Play - Camping Activities for Summer Dramatic Play

What could be more fun than pretending to go camping with your preschool class? With this camping dramatic play set, you can do just that! Everything you need is included, from printable fish to catch and measure to a packing list for your hiking trip. And, of course, no camping trip would be complete without a picnic and s'mores. Get ready to make some memories with camping dramatic play!

Set up four different areas in your classroom: campsites with a campfire, a fishing pond, a picnic area, and a place to hike.

The campsites come with signs to hang on the tent, including circling the number of days they are staying to add number identification. Then, add a campfire with step-by-step instructions for making s'mores.

Add paper clips to the printable fish (in different sizes) so they can measure their catch using the included poster when a fish is caught.

Use the included placemats to turn your table into a picnic area. Just add play food and a picnic basket.

Finally, use the hiking pack checklist to get ready for a hike. Add the supplies to your backpack, including a printable map, and go explore!
