What is an Affirmation Station?
A safe space in your classroom for students to go to when they are feeling anxious or down. This is similar to a calming corner or cool down zone. Students can stand in front of the mirror, look at themselves, and repeat their positive affirmations.
Other ideas: Create a bulletin board or to put them onto a keyring for students to say to themselves.

There are 2 different versions within this product: 60 rainbow bright AND 60 B+W cards designed to be printed on colored or printed paper.
Please note that this product is non editable. There will be more than enough cards to cover a floor length mirror, you may have extra.
