This resource is designed to support the reading comprehension of the picture book, "ANZAC Biscuits" by Phil Cummings. A copy of the picture book is required to make best use this resource. The tasks included support higher order thinking and depth of comprehension of the text.
This resource uses Australian spelling, as it is using an Australian picture book with concepts about Australia's involvement in the war, making it appropriate for use during ANZAC Day studies.
