What educators are saying

These are a lifesaver for filling small amounts of time with meaningful learning. They are also very handy to leave for substitute teachers.
My students love using these whiteboard videos. We are using these to review skills we have learned this month.

Description

Have you ever felt overwhelmed and just needed a minute to catch your breath? Have you ever wondered how you could keep your class busy while you worked one-on-one with a student or small group? I know I have and that's why I created 7 Minute Whiteboard Videos. They are ZERO prep! No copies! No early finishers! No grading! The best part is, kids LOVE them!

These videos offer a quick, no-prep review that your students are going to love! Each student needs a whiteboard, marker, and eraser.

This set includes a variety of skills and is a great review for your kindergartners. Skills included are-

Christmas Cookie Subitizing to 10 - Peek in the oven. How many cookies did you see? Such a fun way to practice subitizing! Click here to see a quick preview of this video.

Lighting Up Letter Sounds - The Christmas tree is decorated with all the letters of the alphabet, but this tree has eaten a letter. We hear the sound as the tree chews. Can your kids write the letter before the tree spits it back out? Kids love this one! Click here to see it!

Word Family Ornaments - All the ornaments belong to the same word family. Your kids will repeat the words after the Christmas tree. Next, we see stars with different word families. Can your kids write the word family that belongs on the top of the tree? Click here to see a quick preview of this video.

The Tens Train - We see Santa's train traveling around the world. There are 10 gifts in each train car. How many are there in all? Your kids will have time to count and write before the elves pop out of the train cars and count by 10s. Click here to see a sample of this video.

Listen and Write Letters - We hear a letter three times. Can your kids write it on their boards before we see it appear? Click here to see this video! (There are two videos like this to cover the whole alphabet!)

Holly Jolly Ten Frames to 20 - Practice number sense with ten frames by writing the number of wreaths on the ten frames. Click here to see a preview of this video!

Rhyming with the Elves - We hear two words then repeat them after the elf two times. If the words rhyme, kids will draw a happy face. If they do not rhyme, they draw a sad face. Click here to see this video!

Christmas Light Patterns (2D Shapes) - We see a pattern as the bulbs on the house light up, but one bulb is behind an elf. Can your kids draw the shape that is hidden before the elf moves revealing the answer? Click here to see a quick preview of this video.

Santa Prepositions - "Is Santa behind the tree? Write yes or no." This video is so cute and full of preposition practice. Click here to see it!

Counting Candies (to 20) - We see jars of candy and your kids will count how many and write the number before it appears. Click here to see it!

Input/Output Machine (1 Less) - The elves are using a machine that makes one less. We see a number go in, can your kids write the number that will come out before we see it? Click here to check out a quick preview of this video.

Lighting Up Number Lines - We see a string of lights with numbers on them (1 to 10), but one bulb did not light up. Can your kids write the missing number before it turns on? Click here to see it!
