Description
You can use these cards as brain breaks or as a whole group lesson. In the past, we have rotated classrooms for the 100th day of school and I have done this activity for a 30 minute block with each class. You will be doing each exercise for 100 seconds. Explain that one minute is only 60 seconds, so we have to count by 10’s to get to 100. We need 40 more seconds to get to 100 seconds. We need to set our timer to 1 minute and 40 seconds for each exercise. I like to play fun music during this activity/brain break. By: Tiffany Clark
