This poetry packet was created to go along with Thirteen Moons on Turtle's Back by Joseph Bruchac. Thirteen Moons on Turtle's Back is a recommended text for Module 1A, Grade 4 ELA on EngageNY.org. Students will be able to meet many of the CCSS while learning more about the history of Native Americans and poetry.
