Fonts Have Feelings Activity
This is a great activity/gallery walk when teaching typography or font styles. There are 10 stations and students walk to each one and write down on a piece of paper (either their own paper which is numbered from 1-10 or you can provide them with a sticky note they leave at the station) how they FELT when they read the text. Why did they feel that way? What are their thoughts on the font style/size?

With this assignment, students will use various text formatting options in MS Word. They are asked to identify the Pro Football team by their helmet, then type out the entire team name and format the text. So fun to use during football season!
