Analyzing Motives of Imperialism in Africa Primary Source Activity
The following is an activity in which students are tasked with analyzing 12 primary sources (pictures and political cartoons) to determine which of the five motives of European Imperialism in Africa (Political, Economic, Cultural, Religious, Exploratory) is being depicted in each primary source.
