ITALIAN: I COLORI
This interactive Smartboard file contains the following vocabulary: bianco, nero, grigio, marrone, viola, rosa, arancione, giallo, azzurro,verde e rosso. Last two slides have tactile activities: a random image select with multiple choice and random image chooser where the student states what color he/she sees in the target language. Also includes a song to helps students remember.
Created for a Special Education class but can be used for any introductory Italian class.

Tarsia Puzzle SmartBoard Lesson
This lesson is designed for students to create a Tarsia (triangle) puzzle to be used in a variety of lessons. I created this lesson to be used in my Italian classroom for students to practice vocabulary from a given lesson by creating and interacting in this hands-on, student-centered activity.Lesson can be fully customized to suit the needs of your lesson.*Note* Please look through and edit the SmartNotebook file, as there are Italian words randomly throughout.

ARE Verbs in Italian Verbi ARE Game Board for Smartboard
Game board has a path of 24 spaces. Class is divided into teams that take turns rolling the die and moving along the path. There are 3 shortcuts ahead and 3 traps sending you backwards. To stay on a space, student must correctly conjugate the verb in Italian. Although intended for present tense, this may be used with most tenses.
