This presentation is a good intro into typing for your 5-8 students to use at the beginning of a typing unit. It could also be used part way through as students need reminders on proper posture and why they are working on their typing skills. Science Matter Video Project
This is a project to complete the study of matter. The students become their own "Bill Nye the Science Kid" and create a video of themselves completing 2 different science experiments. They will complete and explain an experiment with physical change and one with chemical change. The lesson includes a rubric for grading.
