Toddler Development: Extended Breastfeeding
In the style of a Socratic seminar, students view a controversial Time magazine cover of a mom nursing (covered) her 3 or 4 year old son and debate using guided discussion questions after reading two articles. I use when we discuss toddler autonomy and physical/emotional development. No prep is needed, but this works better with a 1:1 room or for students with computer access. You also could print the articles for them or read them together.
