TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Founder and Executive Director of Music History Hall. Our courses educate students about the history and cultural significance of American music and explore civics and humanities through music and the arts. Our courses and curriculum have been utilized by numerous public schools, public charter schools, and homeschoolers. Our American Music History course aligns with UC A-G California State Standards for visual and performing arts and the ethnic studies model curriculum.

MY TEACHING STYLE

In our content-rich courses and curriculum, we keep students connected and engaged as they develop an understanding of American music and cultural history. Our American Music History course examines the timeline of American history through multiple perspectives as students build content knowledge through the study of American music and cultural history. Our curriculum and teacher guides provide all the tools necessary for teachers to guide students through the study of American Music History.
