TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've been teaching 4th grade since 2014. Rather than searching through books and online resources for activities and lesson plans for my students, I prefer to create them myself. Throughout the past several years, I have created a plethora of tried and true lessons and games that I am excited to share with other teachers. All of the materials in my store have been tested out on more than one group of students and have proven worthy of sharing with others! Enjoy!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe learning should be authentic. That means creating real life, hands on experiences that promote critical thinking and spark curiosity. In 8 years of teaching 4th grade, I've found that students learn better and remember more when they discover the information first hand. My resources promote problem solving, creativity, and team work. They prompt students to think deeply and explore more to discover the learning objectives for themselves. My goal is to make this type of inquiry based learning more accessible and affordable to teachers and students everywhere.
