Description

This writing craft is a fun way to engage your 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students in the month of January or February and specifically, for Valentine's Day! Students read 4 articles about Valentine's Day (or other similar holidays) that are celebrated around the world. Students read one article each day, completing the activities that go along with each. After reading the articles, students create a heart craftivity which will hold the most important facts they learned about the countries. Your students will love learning about holiday and traditions around the world! Best of all, this activity comes in both printable and digital formats, so you can choose what works best for your classroom!
