These single page resources hold all the information you need to access in a hurry, share with other teachers, and keep at your side! It's designed to include all the key info on one page without becoming overwhelming!

How to Use:

1. Open the version that you want to use for a given student.
2. Save a copy of the document using the “Save As” button and label the document with your student’s name and “IEP At-A-Glance.”
3. Fill out the document with the student’s IEP information.
4. Print and share with necessary teachers and service providers and keep a copy for yourself in your Caseload Binder.
5. Come back to update your saved version any time the student's IEP is updated!
   

What's Included:

• Version #1- The Classic- Maximum information on one page with the most structure
• Version #2- The "Goals" Section can accommodate any type of goals in one large text box. Additional Accommodations and Supplemental Aids are included as drop down menus that you can type into.
• Version #3- Similar to Version #2, but the schedule for Services and Related Services is substituted for a small notes section.
• Version #4- Every piece of text on the page is fillable - including the headings of the boxes
• Version #5- Open text boxes for each section of the IEP. This version has the most flexibility.
• Version #6- Does not include services or related services, and instead includes a small section for other notes.
• Two Additional Information Pages Perfect for printing on the back
  • Option 1- Structured boxes for transportation, food and feeding. Additional space you can use as needed, perhaps for paraprofessional instructions, and other notes. The titles of each section are fillable for you to easily change the information included!
  • Option 2- Wide open for extra info. We know every student's plan is unique, and this page gives you the flexibility you need to share their strengths, preferences, and supports.
