Test taking strategies/test anxiety with Monsters Theme

This counseling lesson is all about testing. Are your students nervous about taking tests? School Counseling Rocks brings you another all inclusive 30 minute lesson on dealing with test anxiety. There are 37 slides in the Prezi that discuss test taking strategies and test taking tips included along with 4 embedded YouTube videos to go along with the lesson. There is also a worksheet included where students can draw their "testing monster" and write what scares them the most (and the least) about testing. This lesson is an adapted idea from www.elementaryschoolcounseling.org.

In order to see the videos, you must have internet access. Prezi is like power point but better! The videos start automatically for a smooth flowing lesson. My students were engaged from the beginning with the monsters theme. Help tame those testing monsters by using these test tips!
