Description
Utilized in my plant science class, this unit is how I end my class at the end of the semester. This teaches students different sustainability practices utilized in the agriculture industry. The unit takes 2.5 to 3 weeks in my classroom.

3. 3-Part Sustainable Farm Project
National Standards:
- PS.03.04.01.b. Analyze the alignment of modern technologies used in production systems (e.g., precision agriculture, GE crops, etc.) with USDA sustainable practices criteria.
- PS.03.04.01.c. Research, prepare and de-fend plans for a plant systems enterprise that aligns with USDA sustainable practices criteria.
