This template is for The Social Language Development Test -Elementary: (SLDT-E:). This test evaluates social language skills. The test is comprised of four subtests, each focusing on different skills. The subtests focus on taking someone else’s perspective, making correct inferences, negotiating conflicts with peers, being flexible in interpreting situations and supporting friends. It is designed to be used with children ages 6- 11 years, 11 months years.
The template can be inserted into the body of your report. The template includes an overview of the test and a format to report on all 4 subtests and a Total Test Score. The template is 4 pages long including the cover sheet.
