This product is made up of comprehensive unit covering self-management. Self-management is a student's ability to regulate his/her emotions, set and achieve goals, and persevere in addressing challenges. This is a HIGHLY IMPORTANT skill for students to succeed in and out of the classroom.

Taking 15-20 minutes a day to focus explicitly on SEL can lead to more intrinsically motivated, empathetic, and responsible students. Research has also shown that spending time explicitly teaching SEL can lead to higher test scores.
Important Note: Several of the lessons include links to YouTube videos that tie into the topic, so before purchasing be sure you are able to access YouTube at your school, and that you have a way to project these videos for students.
