    Description

Work on syntax and sentence structure using these seasonal sentence-building worksheets, which include fall, spring, summer, and winter pictures, for your speech and language therapy groups. With these seasonal sentence structure worksheets, you will assist your students in making a sentence using real photos to help them build confidence with writing

If you need to work on vocabulary goals, these seasonal sentence-building worksheets have pictures of activities happening in fall, winter, spring, and summer so that you can discuss seasonal related vocabulary with the worksheet.

The activities in this set are similar to my No Prep Grammar Worksheet: Build A Sentence and No Prep Build a Sentence- 2nd Edition. However, these grammar worksheets have real photos and vocabulary words explicitly related to the different times of the year.

Suppose you LOVE planning therapy using a ❤️seasonal theme ❤️. In that case, you can target the seasonal vocabulary while incorporating grammar, sentence structure, answering wh-questions, and making inferences!

❤️How to Use These Seasonal Sentence Building Worksheets:

This resource focuses on what makes a complete sentence using who, what, where, and when rather than building sentences focusing on verb tense and grammatical structures.

✅ Breaking down a sentence by the wh-questions allows students to build the sentence's content without stressing over the grammar rules.

➔As your students build a sentence focused around the fall, winter, spring or summer photo, you can discuss the morphology and syntax within the context of that photo. You can also work on sentence comprehension! After you create a sentence, ask your students who, what, where, and when questions.

You will also be able to use the real photos to work on background knowledge and make inferences about the seasonal pictures.

✅Start with Level A, as those worksheets have very structured answer choices that can help you find early success with building sentences.

When you see your student's confidence and skills improve with understanding the components of a complete sentence, move to Level B and Level C with building sentences.

➔You will be working on language and grammar skills and incorporating writing. This format of having answer choices has helped students focus on the content and not worry about making spelling errors.

✅ As you progress through Levels A and B, you will find that students begin taking risks with their spelling at Level C.

❤️Seasonal Sentence Structure Worksheets and Make Sentences Activities Included:

⭐5 Describe What You See Worksheets (include an editable blank PDF to add your photos and text)

⭐15 themed Build-a-Sentence worksheets with three levels to differentiate (include an editable blank PDF to add your photos and text)

⭐10 Full-Page Build-a-Sentence grammar worksheets used to unscramble the parts of speech in and create a complete sentence

    ❤️Save 20% off with this seasonal bundle❤️

You will want to view the PDFs in Adobe Acrobat Reader for the best printing options. When you try to print in "preview" mode — once you have downloaded it and are viewing it in an internet browser, — there could be black boxes around the photos. You don't want that, so it's best to view the PDF directly from your file on your computer.

You can use these PDFs digitally for teletherapy by pulling them up on the Kami Chrome Extension to write and draw on the worksheet. You can also type and use moveable images on the Google Slide versions for teletherapy or as a distance learning activity.
