Description

Students use a secondary source and a variety of primary sources to investigate what caused the Salem witch trials. They write up a formal "investigation" report on this case.

- This also includes a preview activity that has students interview their peers to see if there are any "witches" in the room. You tell students that before class started you "secretly" assigned someone to be the witch, but in actuality you did not. This demonstrates the "witch hysteria."
