SIX BRICKS - Ratio Bundle

Six Bricks is a wonderful resource that allows for holistic development while stimulating Executive Functioning Skills/21st Century Skills. IT IS NOT LINKED TO ANY SPECIFIC CURRICULUM and can be implemented with any curriculum. Although the original programme is designed for younger children, Six Bricks is making its way into the classrooms of older children and even into corporate training.

This RATIO bundle is designed to excite and motivate children in with lessons and short, sharp stimulating challenges systematically developing new skills as underlying skills have been mastered.

This bundle is divided up into individual lessons with printable resources included in the slide deck.

If children are finding EXPLORING RATIO a challenge, it is advised to revisit PATTERNING that has been included in the bundle as a bonus file and stepping stone into ratio.

By completing these activities, children build their sensory, speech and  language (including relevant vocabulary), cognitive, motor, social and  emotional skills – all through the 'power of  play' with just Six Bricks. These challenges will engage children and stimulate their desire to improve their own skills in a fun way.

Depending on the skills of the group of children, you may want to use SIX BRICKS - Patterning by The Nest Educational Hub as a reminder of prior learning before embarking on EXPLORING RATIO.
