Description

Beowulf was meant to be heard, not just read and this 8 scene reader’s theater is a easy, effective way to introduce or culminate a unit or differentiate instruction. Has parts for 13 characters.

Kevin Crossley-Holland, a renowned Beowulf translator, stated that an epic "should be read out loud-an epic in the oral tradition is never going to sit very easily on the printed page"
