Readers' Theater Passages 2ND GRADE

This 289 page pack has 10 readers' theater plays in two different formats. There are full-page scripts and half-page books. Each play also includes a glossary, comprehension question pages, summarizing pages, and a cut-and-paste sequence page.

These plays are perfect for literacy centers or partner work. They work well for shared reading or fluency groups. Each play takes about 10-20 minutes.

Each passage has been professionally leveled by Lexile so you know you can trust the level, structure, and complexity of each play. Each play also comes with picture support to help scaffold your readers. After reading, students can answer two different reading comprehension pages, or complete the cut-and-paste activity pages, to help solidify their understanding of the play.
