Quick Articulation Screener - Informal Articulation Assessment - Screening

This quick articulation screener is a fast and easy articulation screening tool. Easily assess all phonemes in all positions! Use it to determine whether further evaluation is necessary, or as a baseline/ progress monitoring tool!

I've also included a typical development chart to easily assess whether errors are developmental. Use this screener to determine if the speech errors the child says are developmentally appropriate or delayed.

This screener only takes about 5 minutes to administer. Some pictures are used for 2 different sounds (e.x., "soap" - initial /s/ and final /p/), less pictures equals quicker screening!

This screener uses simplified vocabulary words that most children should be able to label. I carefully selected the words so that each word is "easy" to produce (e.x., there are no words with both a /t/ and a /k/, and the early developing words do not contain blends).
