Proyecto: Tablero de visión- Vision Board Project for Advanced Spanish
What educators are saying
Description
This tablero de visión project should take your class 3 days to complete.
Students will learn about vision boards and then create their own with text, images, and magazine cut-outs. They will eventually present their vision board to their teacher (speaking in Spanish).
There are five steps students follow to complete this vision board project.
Start the new year with a vision board activity or simply emphasize reflection and goal setting for some social emotional learning any time of the year.
INCLUDED:
-Vision Board Instructions & Rubric
-Teacher lesson plans
-Student example
Students choose if they wish to complete this project as a poster or a slideshow presentation.
The instructions and rubric are together on a 2-page document. Print it 2-sided. Your students use this document to create their project.
GRADING:
The teacher uses the rubric from the instruction sheet to grade as the students present - this means no taking work home! Simply check off their rubric as you watch the presentation. Students can present privately to the teacher while the rest of the class works on another assignment such as Carta a mi futuro yo.
LANGUAGE:
Spanish
PRESENTATIONAL SKILLS:
This works well as an oral assessment because it allows students to practice their presentational skills one-on-one with the teacher.
LEVEL:
This can be used for a wide range of ages- 7th grade- 12th grade. For example, this can be used for middle school heritage speakers or Spanish 3, 4, or 5 students.
FORMAT:
PDF (NOT editable)
DURATION:
At least 3 days (students need time to create their posters and then you will need time for the actual presentations).
