What educators are saying

I purchased this to use along with my other Deal or No Deal game. It worked well and helped to extend thinking while recording/tracking!
My students LOVED this game! This really helped them gain solid foundation in the way probability works.

Description

Exciting, real world applications of mathematical concepts are always fun and engaging in the classroom.

This Deal or No Deal game comes with a graphic organizer (PDF; see preview) to urge students to calculate probability and understand the corresponding value of bank offers.

The file is entirely automated. There is a text banner that tells the user what to do next in the game. When given new Bank Offers, students calculate probabilities and decide if the deal is worth taking.

Note: This is a Microsoft Excel file (*.xlsm). Macros must be enabled for the game itself to work. The file was made using Excel 2013, but should work on earlier versions. If you buy the game and it doesn't work on your version of Excel, please let me know.

Enjoy!
