Are you looking for an easy, low-prep way to learn or review the preterite vs imperfect tenses? This engaging and fun activity combines reading and coloring to produce a fun way for your students to learn or review the preterite and imperfect tenses. These sheets are great for last-minute sub plans or days with irregular schedules (like standardized test days, pep rallies, early releases, etc) as well as reviewing or reinforcing verbs in the preterite vs imperfect tenses and the usage of both tenses.
Included are six coloring worksheets:
- phrases that trigger the preterite or imperfect
- singular verb forms in the preterite and imperfect
- plural verb forms in the preterite and imperfect
- all verb forms in the preterite and imperfect
