This poster is an example of my daily warmup routine with my students in PE Class.
Please note the 9 variations are the same stretches, but different colors to match your theme or school colors in your gym.
Included in the download are 9 variations of the poster that you see in the preview:
- Red with white squares and Red without white squares
- Blue with white squares and Red without white squares
- Green with white squares and Red without white squares
- Orange with white squares and Red without white squares
- White background version
- Note: JPEG files and PDF files are included for each poster
- BONUS: At the request of a few other teachers, We've also included a 2nd variation of the warmup poster which has only dynamic stretches and uses different exercises as well
I created this poster to be a visual for my students for our daily warm up
routine.
After my students get into the routine, as a reward for good behavior, I will select a student from some of my more responsible classes to lead stretches (rotate each week). This poster helps keep them on track and makes sure they don’t forget any of our warmup stretches.
