    Description

This is a collection of 8 webquests that are internet scavenger hunts. The collection includes Core Knowledge, science (Invasive Species, Tsunami, Women of NASA), social studies,(Latitude and Longitude, Colonial America) and just interesting (New Years). Students answer the questions by using a search engine to locate the requested information. NO WEB SITES ARE PROVIDED. The good news is the information is up to date and there are no bad links to worry about. Also, the quests will work well in the Easel platform since the students are providing the web sites through their searches. The New Years quest is fun, but still requires searching, reading and writing.
