Description

These MULTIPLICATION FACT (hand-sized) TARSIA PUZZLES are a FUN way for students to practice their multiplication facts while assembling a mystery shaped puzzle. You get FIVE DIFFERENT PUZZLES (Puzzles #1 - #3 include facts through 9 & Puzzles #4 - #5 include facts through 12.) Each puzzle shows 7 different ways to represent multiplication (a dot, an asterisk, an x, parentheses, and words).

Use these puzzles to practice multiplication fluency as an individual, partner, or small group activity. Students can work only on one puzzle or setup 5 stations around the room and have groups rotate to each station. You can also make multiple copies of one of the puzzles and have groups race to see who can finish the puzzle first!
