Motor Lab Bundle
What educators are saying
Description
This download includes a great starting point to start your Motor lab in a special needs classroom.
This is bundle is a must have in your classroom to help manage motor and sensory input. These activities will activate the visual, auditory, gustatory, tactile, olfactory, vestibular, and proprioceptive sensory systems. Please note, I am not an OT, I am a special education teacher and if there are any changes or adaptations that need to be made, please let me know. I've been doing these activities for a few years with my kids and it makes a big difference in their focus and attention to complete their work.
This bundle will allow you to set up the motor lab in a functional station-based system. You will be able to schedule various stations and I have it planned where I can manage 12 students at a time, since we have various classrooms that use this room. I also included student schedules to include letters instead of names. Each student will have that letter for the day/week/quarter to participate in the motor lab.
This bundle also includes options to switch out activities if you do not have the resources, or if your kids get bored of certain activities quickly, you can switch them out. I will be adding more activities as the year goes on! You will be able to re-download after each update.
Lastly, this is a PDF file. It is editable in certain areas-images and text. You will be able to add unique images that relate to your kids to help with the motor lab schedule, reinforcement items and token items. You can also write out the wording that fits your kids. If any of the links or editable parts are not working properly, please email and I will adjust and re-upload. My email is
