Welcome to our Mindfulness Program! This 29-page program is designed to teach Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills over a span of 6 weeks. Each lesson plan is carefully curated to focus on essential SEL skills, including self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationships.

Program Flexibility:

• Use one lesson per week for a structured approach.
• Teach all lessons in 6 days for an intensive program.
• Sprinkle lessons into your schedule as needed.

Understanding the Program:

1. Invite: Greet students and initiate a settling activity.
2. Opener: Read a riddle appropriate for ages 4-6 or 7 and up.
3. Activity: Engage in up to two mindfulness activities.
4. Apply & Closure: Discuss the daily skill, reflect, and conclude with a final activity.
